At Adecco we are looking for managed service providers to work for an important multinational company located in Madrid.

If you have experience in the Human Resources, high level of English and additionally another language, this offer is for you.


Coordinate the E2E process, from the reception of the demand till the start date of the service, including contacting suppliers to negotiating the rate, reviewing the quality of the candidates, issues and so on.

You also need to evaluate the proposals received and evaluate jointly with the requesters the proper fitting to the request in terms of skills, experience and rates.
Reviewing the job offers received by business and distributing them to the suppliers.
Follow-up of the job offers sent to suppliers in order to cover the requested service as soon as possible (e-mails, calls, regular meetings,...).

Negotiation of rates with our suppliers.
Responsible for looking for the best candidate to provide the service.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations.

We want to meet you!

Very high level of English and another language would be nice to have!
Minimum 3 years experience in the HR sector, headhunting, staffing agencies, MSP, etc.
Proactive profile and used to actively search for candidates through our suppliers and direct contact with suppliers

¿Qué ofrecemos?
Teleworking: 60 - 80% (approx. 2 days a week in person in Las Tablas, Madrid)
Negotiable salary based on experience and capabilities
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. with one hour of rest (flexible entry between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and scheduled departure between 5:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.). Friday: 8 a.m - 3 p.m
Contract duration: 6 months + transition to staff
